Notice of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

You are cordially invited to attend, express your views, and to vote on various issues that affect YOUR Association.
For those of you who wish to nominate for the Committee please complete and return the nomination form by the date specified.
A new Committee is elected every year at the AGM.
Notice of Agenda Items
If you wish to add an item for discussion at the AGM, the item must be provided in writing and forwarded to the SECRETARY no later than 20 November.
Proposed registration costs from TTV will be advised in subsequent posts to the website.
When forms become available, they will be forwarded to Club Secretaries.
The presentation of trophies to Leading Players and Runners-Up for Spring 2014 will take place during the AGM.
The number of rubbers won is the only criteria used in determining the result; not percentages of wins/losses.
A light supper will be provided.
There will lucky door prizes.
Family and friends are welcome to attend.
The Committee wishes to thank all the members of the Association for their support and we look forward to enjoying our Table Tennis in 2015.
