EP Club Fees
(Please note that Early bird payment is required by the end of round 2 for Summer 2018)
The fees are determined by the committee and payment reminders are sent by email to members.
Fees are due by Friday of round 4, but are required by Friday, the end of round 2 for the early bird rate.
Teams/Players who have not paid their fees will not be eligible to play in round 5 and beyond, until they have paid.
Team captains collect the money from the players and forward one payment for the whole team.
Eley Park team fee Payments are to be made by direct transfer only.

The Player discount for paying by Friday of round 2: $5 per player.
Part time player rate: $7.00 per round.
For teams that have paid the full team fee, fill-ins are not required to pay anything, in appreciation that they are doing the team a favour by filling-in.
For teams that lack full time players, and so have not paid the full team fee, if a fill-in plays more than once, then a fee of $7.00 applies on every occasion and the money should be collected by the team captain for forwarding.

Club Fees at work
- $36 for 3 man teams ($24 for 2 man teams) goes to the ES&CTTA at the start of each season (Summer, Winter, Spring) for the Association’s team fees.
- $165 for Hall hire (26 nights, $25.00 per hour, spread over 10 to 12 teams)
$20 for 6 match balls (Plastic balls)
- ($10 every 5-6 seasons) replacement score books
- $5 equipment upkeep
