Match Permit for players based at another venue

Players based at one venue cannot fill-in for a team based at another venue within the competition in that season, unless exceptional circumstances exist.
Players based at one venue within the ES&CTTA wanting to fill in for a team based at another venue need to complete this form.
Submit this prior to the match for approval.

The player should not be above the standard of the grade.
Fill-ins for 3 man pennant:
• A Grade: players from anywhere.
• B, C and D grade: players of similar or lower ranking to that of the grade.
