Player Transfer to another Venue Form

Use this form to request a Transfer to another Team based at another venue during a season.
Be aware that exceptional circumstances are required and that it is generally unlikely for this to be granted.
Submit this prior to the match for approval.

Rules for Player Transfer to another Team based at another venue:
(a) Players who have played in a Team based at one venue shall not, unless special circumstances exist, be granted a transfer to another Team based at another venue in that season.
(b) Players named in a Team cannot fill-in for another Team based at another venue within the competition in that season.
